Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders.
Achieved: Distinction
I really enjoyed completing the Course at Dene. I identified
that there were skill gaps which were highlighted through my personal
development plan. This then allowed me to choose a course that fit my needs
perfectly to be able to progress throughout my role.
During the course, I found
that I had ample protected time to complete each of my units to a high
standard, as well as continuing with my day-today tasks, which created a great
balance.
I also found my peers were able to support me throughout the duration
of course, which gave me a boost to achieve my Distinction.
James - Distribution Centre

I was worried about trying to juggle working in our busy distribution centre alongside studying for my transport and warehouse operations supervisor qualification, but everyone at Dene was really supportive of me.
I had a great tutor and loads of protected time to complete the work.
It was brilliant to achieve a distinction, and even better when the entire team congratulated me on my achievement.
I'm hoping to study for the next level in the future, something I know the team will support.

Apprenticeship

Studying for my CIPS apprenticeship while working full time has been a challenge, but one that's been incredibly worthwhile.
Dene has been supportive throughout, giving me the time, encouragement and opportunities to apply my learning in the workplace.
The experience has helped me grow both professionally and personally and has completely changed the way I think about procurement.

Working towards my Supply Chain Operative qualification whilst working for Dene was brilliant.
I was given all of the time and support required to complete the course, and was over the moon at passing with a Distinction!
I received so much support from the team and management, and I am really proud of managing my role alongside the course. I hope to be able to complete another qualification in the future and it's great knowing that I will have the support of the whole business when I do!
