You will receive an additional day of holiday entitlement starting in the holiday year following your 4, 6, 8 and 10-year's service anniversaries.
For full time members of staff, after ten years service you'll accrue the maximum of 30 days leave per year!

Sabbatical Leave
Fulfill your dreams & take the trip of a lifetime
After four years of employment with Dene, staff members are eligible to apply for a sabbatical of up to 4 weeks paid leave plus 2 weeks of unpaid leave.
